Corporate Overview

Welcome to the John Molson School of Business! Our mission is to educate responsible business leaders and global citizens with an ability to manage in future business environments that are global, complex, and sustainable. We are deeply committed to developing the potential of our students by providing them with a solid theoretical and practical training that focuses on entrepreneurship, innovative thinking, accountability, ethics and corporate social responsibility. For example, our MBA program includes mandatory core courses in Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility. Our students also get an opportunity to undertake a Community Service Initiative (MBA CSI) learning component that helps them understand the complex interconnections between business and society.

We educate students to enable them to become business leaders and responsible global citizens. We place strong emphasis on teaching, research and scholarship, and we strive for an intellectual climate in which excellence, innovation and imagination flourish. As an urban business school, we welcome Concordia’s multilingual and multicultural constituency. Our international faculty, diverse student body, strong links to the local business community and relationships with international partners provide a learning environment that responds to the demands of a global economy and recognizes the realities of the contemporary world to achieve a better future.
